Boot Camp is for those that enjoy working out with others. It is a very motivating experience. It also creates a very social environment for clients to meet other health conscious minded people. Fuel Rx Fitness, Inc. has specific days and times that run its boot camps at a very beautiful, private location in Sherman Oaks of the San Fernando Valley.

 

Bootcamp Workout TrailerThese workout sessions focus mainly on full body workouts; however, to keep from hitting plateaus focusing more on certain muscle groups creating an upper body or lower body only workout session is included periodically. The workouts are creative and fun that have exciting, inspiring music in the background. Both high and low impact clients can both participate in the same session. The same exercise can be executed in a high- or low-impact intensity. The trainer will explain and show each exercise and how it is done in both intensities before having the clients execute them. A full assessment is offered that allows the trainer to get the client’s current level of fitness and specific desired goals. The trainer can therefore designed a specialized program that will guarantee results. The individual program will need to be more of a focus on the client’s own time but is recommended to ensure success. Boot camps are more affordable then private training plus it is great for those that enjoy working out with others and whom need a motivational push.


bootcamp workout equipmentFor both Private Training and Boot Camp Training, Fuel Rx Fitness, Inc. is equipped with a full range of equipment that is easily mobile for traveling to locations if required. All the equipment is stored in an enclosed trailer. It’s literally a full mobile gym either brought to your doorstep or easily accessible at Fuel Rx Fitness, Inc.’s home base. Equipment such as a multitude of different dumbbell weights , weight balls, barbells, ladders, hurdles, cones , jump ropes, bosu balls, various weight resistant bands, mats, exercise balls, plyoboxes, Stackable steps , Agility pattern mats, footballs, basketball and a soccer ball.


Surfboards, a kayak, and a Paddle Surf board are available for a really fun workout out in the ocean. These are reserved for a private session due to the equipment availability and to ensure the client’s safety.


Fuel Rx Fitness, Inc. encourages clients to give suggestions on equipment that is not yet provided that they would love to have available to them. Occasionally, Fuel Rx Fitness, Inc. will set aside a day and time for a free workout for anyone interested. For instance, a hike through the beautiful Santa Monica mountains, or beach walk, run or bike ride. This will break up the routine and become something to look forward to. The client might even discover a new exercise or sport that becomes a new passion.

 

Two full assessments are included with your paid fitness package (Private Training or Boot Camp): one before your program begins, and one anytime during your package timeframe. A full assessment is optional but ideal to gather pertinent information on the client. You can also purchase additional assessments. Current fitness level can give the trainer the information needed to design a program specific to the client’s goals. Fitness assessments are also beneficial in measuring progress from initial baseline fitness testing results. It is ideal to get an assessment every 6 to 8 weeks.
