Today, I am going to share with you the benefits of a Vita-Mix Blender. I use it to blend many different whole foods that give my body essential vitamins and nutrients. The Vita-Mix pulverizes the fiber so that you still get the nutritious fiber. It will not feel like drinking fiber because it completely liquefies it. The fiber not only contains essential nutrients but cleans out your intestines. It gives me a burst of energy and I know it is boosting my immune system as well.
Our bodies digest and absorb nutrients easier when liquefying whole foods. In today's society our busy schedules don't allow us the time to prepare healthier meals. It is really important to clean your vegetables and fruits really well, since bacteria can get on them. By using the Vita-Mixer you can make a healthy drink that is a meal replacement or can be added supplement before a main meal. Once you give your body super nutrients you are not really as hungry so it is a great idea to drink at least 8 ounces before a meal. You won't eat as much after your drink. I use the following combination on most days:
- Celery
- Kale (may add in addition some spinach)
- Dulse Seaweed
- 1 granny green apple
- Cucumber
- A big scoop of Green Vibrance (Full of it's own minerals, vitamins and probiotics)
- Spirulina
- Parsley
- Dandelion leafs
This is a very potent drink that will not only give your body what it is starving for but will detox your body (Get rid of toxins). The ideal amount to drink for cleansing the body is 1 to 2 liters a day. Start slowly so that your body can adjust to detoxifying. This is not the best tasting drink, but I know it is good for me. So if your taste buds cannot handle it, you can put in less green stuff and replace it will more fruit.
