Our group training program is different from most out there. You will receive one on one attention during every session and modifications for certain exercises if you aren’t up to speed yet. The goal is to build you up the right way, not for you to do too much too fast and end up hurting yourself.
Our metabolic burst group training sessions are 50 minutes long and cover every aspect of fitness: strength, fat-burning high intensity cardio, flexibility, and mobility. They are all about boosting your metabolism and turning your body into a fat burning machine for 24-36 hours AFTER your workout.
When you join our group training family you get unlimited access to our sessions plus all of the following:
- Nutritional counseling, meal plans, and grocery lists
