
Private Training workout sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Private Training at Fuel Rx Fitness, Inc. provides special individual attention to clients. Private Training is reserved for only one client per session or for those who choose to partner up with one friend or spouse. Private training can be held in the privacy of the client’s home, office or another location that fits both the client and trainer’s schedule.
Two full assessments are included with your paid fitness package (Private Training or Boot Camp): one before your program begins, and one anytime during your package timeframe. A full assessment is optional but ideal to gather pertinent information on the client. You can also purchase additional assessments. Current fitness level can give the trainer the information needed to design a program specific to the client’s goals. Fitness assessments are also beneficial in measuring progress from initial baseline fitness testing results. It is ideal to get an assessment every 6 to 8 weeks.
The program will have a consistent focus in the private training sessions. This is a great advantage for clients that want specific results. If desired, the client may also participate in the program design. The program design can have specific workouts that incorporate what the client enjoys doing. For instance, if the client enjoys swimming, then the trainer will incorporate that into his or her program. Private training is a great experience because the trainer’s full attention gives the trainer time to focus on pushing and motivating the client when workouts get more challenging. The client also has the trainer’s one-on-one attention to ask questions that will bring more awareness to the client’s own learning curve about fitness.

Vortex Training
Get a ionic cleanse while you workout. Barefeet on the sand grounding you to mother earth's vortex while you are engaging in a motivating cardio & strength building workout along the seashore. All your cells in your body will love you and rid you of toxins, negative thoughts and improve your fitness level. It is an exciting workout! This will be a barefoot workout so be prepared to get a bit wet, possibly up to waist level. Wear suitable attire.
Paddle Surfboard Training
Have an thrilling workout in the ocean. You will build core strength in the entire body and get a cardio workout as well. You may even see dolphins, which is a very spiritual experience. This workout is available at any beach of choice in the Malibu area. A wetsuit is recommended but not required.
