On-Line Training

This is ideal for those clients that are already working out on their own either in gym/outdoors and are in good health. If you are self-motivated but just need guidance towards your specific fitness/wellness goals and don’t have the time to go to the gym at specific times of the day or evening then this might be a great program for you. It will allow you to set your own workout schedules within your busy weekly schedules.

As part of the program you come to Fuel Rx’s facility for an initial fitness / nutritional assessment and a consultation. The trainer then has the pertinent data to design a program specific to your goals.

The trainer will check in with you 2x a week or more if necessary to evaluate your progress and keep you accountable with the program. At any time you can call your trainer for any questions or concerns. For example, if you feeling over-trained or dealing with an acute injury then that is a big red-flag to call your trainer right away.

Videos will be given to you that will show you proper form of various cardio and weight training exercises. If anything specific needs to be illustrated to you based on your goals then an additional video will be sent to you.

An on-line calendar of your 4 week program will be available to you. You can add comments of how your workout went and ask questions. Your trainer will check-in on your comments and answer your questions back on-line.
