Private training at Fuel Rx Fitness, Inc. is ideal if you want more individual attention, focus just on specific needs and want to individualize the workouts most enjoyable during your 4 week program.

Private training is reserved only for one on one or two on one. If you are someone who would like to have a workout buddy but still have that one on one attention then the two on one package would be ideal. Private training is held at the facility and at outdoor locations around the San Fernando Valley.                                                         

The package includes two full fitness & nutritional assessments. The first assessment is done before you begin the program and at the end of the 4 weeks. Two 60 min massages are included as well during your 4 week package. The client is welcome to attend unlimited boot camp sessions during their program too.

The types of workouts are the same for the boot camp except it is modified more specific to your goals. For example, if one of your goals is to build stronger, leaner looking Abs then the private sessions will focus more on that specific goal.

Your program will be a collaboration of those types of workouts that motivate you the most and other various workouts that will get you the results you want. Some exercises can be challenging but with the trainer right by your side it will be a motivating experience. Sometimes the trainer when appropriate will work out right alongside you. You will exceed your own expectations because the program is a comfortable progression pushing you pass mind/body thresholds. This is when the greatest results occur. For example, when a client can keep sprinting or running longer through the muscle fatigue then that builds up the lactic threshold. This type of training builds endurance and strength.

There are many types of workouts to invigorate your mind, body & soul while achieving your specific goals. Sessions include circuit, interval, obstacle courses, relays, races and much more will be intergraded into the program. There are specific types of cardio and resistance training that will strengthen your endurance (aerobic & anaerobic), strength and power. It just depends on what you want to accomplish. For example, if you want to run a marathon, then a huge amount of time will be out running distance, sprints, hill work and then incorporating endurance, strength and power resistance training for your lower body.

The facility will provide a multitude of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, weight balls, ladders, hurdles, plyoboxes, jump ropes, bosu balls, resistant bands, suspension equipment, mats, stackable steps, agility pattern mats, a elliptical, a treadmill, a Stairmaster, a concept 2 rower, Lemond/Star Track indoor cycling bikes, weight cable machine, squat rack and other equipment to enhance your progress.
