After Jason earned his certificate from Grove School of Music in 1992, he decided to pursue his music ambitions which ultimately led to major label signings (Island Def Jam & Geffen Records) with two of his bands (Hot Sauce Johnson & Rumblefish). Jason toured for over 4 years straight and visited more than 40 states. His songs have appeared in major motion pictures, TV, & international radio.
Over the course of his music career, Jason spent his time off tour teaching the guitar and bass. He also handled the production manager duties at the Whisky A Go-Go in Hollywood, and pursued his AA and BA in Psychology (Jason is Phi Theta Kappa Alumni, the honor society for academic excellence) In addition, Jason graduated from the Spencer Institute program for Wellness and Life Coaching.
In 2001, Jason accepted the position of production manager and hospitality director at the world famous Roxy Theatre in Hollywood. In 2006, Jason was promoted to GM and handled a staff of over fifty employees. During the decade, Jason also did the marketing and graphics for the Viper Room, Malibu Inn, M productions and the Roxy.
Jason is an avid sports enthusiast and healthy lifestyle aficionado with an emphasis on the mental aspect of health and sports. He was named “2006 NTRP Player of the Year” (Inside Tennis magazine) and won the Southern California NTRP Grand Prix tennis masters tournament two years in a row (2006-2007). Jason has captained three tennis teams at the Braemar Country Club and won the WTT national mixed title at Indian Wells (2006). In 2009, Jason completed the L.A. Marathon and the Las Vegas Marathon. In his spare time, Jason likes playing the guitar, chess, gardening, hiking, mentoring kids and teaching juniors the mental aspect of Tennis.

Alex Rose Wiesel - Mat Pilates Instructor

Alex Rose Wiesel was born & raised in San Diego, CA. She grew up playing a wide array of sports from soccer, tennis and volleyball to track & field, field hockey, lacrosse.
In her teens she discovered her love for dance and theater and studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz and movement throughout college. Attending a theater and dance conservatory for two years then obtaining her Bachelors of Fine Arts from The New School University, New York, Alex used Pilates consistently to maintain her core mental & physical health throughout her studies. Reaping the amazing benefits of PIlates from core stability to posture Alex was inspired to teach.
She obtained her mat certification from Risa Sheppard, a second generation Pilates teacher, at the Sheppard Method Pilates Studio. A member of Pilates Method Alliance(PMA), Alex is still studying and learning new and classical methods to strengthen the core and rehabilitate injured bodies to healthier & stronger then they have ever been.
Who knew a low-impact workout could have such amazing body changing results? Pilates is a great workout for any age that connects the mind and the body with awareness, stretching, lengthening and strengthening.

Allie Steele - Dance Instructor

Allie Steele began dancing at the age of two, and has continued to pursue a career in dance. Allie grew up in Atlanta Georgia, studying many styles of dance such as, ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, tap, and acrobatics. Allie proceeded to win many dance competitions and receive awards for her talent. She also started teaching young children and adults dance at every level. Allie was chosen to dance on cruise ships and traveled all over the world to perform for large audiences. Soon after performing on cruise ships Allie decided to migrate west to further her dance career. She soon had representation and was dancing for very well known artists as well as appearing on television shows and music videos.
Allie was chosen to perform for artist such as Missy Elliot, Matt Goss, Christine W., Christian Audiger, Carmen Electra, Mya, Kelley Osborn, and The Pussycat Dolls.
Allie continues to dance professionally and is very excited to teach others how to dance in many styles. She believes dancing is a great way to express yourself as well as getting a great workout and really leaning out your muscles.
Allie is available to teach group, private and semi-private mat classes.

Loren studied Massage at the Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing and currently attends Yo San university of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He maintains a fastidiously healthy diet, diligent meditation practice, and is very disciplined in his studies.
Loren grew up amongst a family of healers. Being raised around oriental medicine and massage therapy, he has a genuine passion and intuitive understanding of health and the healing arts. This reflects in his work as a massage practitioner. With a colorful blending of Taiji body mechanics and the anatomical/physiological understanding of modern massage theory, Loren's touch is that of great grace, fluidity, and precision. His training includes Circulatory Massage (a.k.a. Swedish Massage), Deep Circulatory Massage (or Full body deep Tissue Massage), and intensive study in therapeutic deep tissue manipulation allowing him to target specific muscle groups thereby treating an array of specific musculoskeletal pathologies.
For 6 years, Loren has studied and practiced Yang style Taiji Quan (a Chinese meditative martial art, or 'internal' martial art, also called Tai Chi Chuan) and Qi Gong (Daoist meditation based on the ebbs and flows of energy). He speaks capable Spanish and very capable Mandarin Chinese spending a year abroad in Beijing, China studying at Peking University, Chinas most prestigious humanities university.With an undergraduate background in Philosophy, Loren is exceptionally skilled at explaining concepts and techniques in a logical and comprehensible manner. As such, he cherishes technical precision and believes that flawless execution of just one technique far outweighs the clumsy execution of 100.
