Monday - Friday: 6 – 7 am, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m., 9 – 10 a.m.

Sherman oaks park 5k or 10k walk/jog combo or run (timed)

Upper / Lower body weight training for rest of time

4pm–6pm
Fitness Assessment

6pm-7:30pm

Relax and enjoy a spiritual documentary


Tuesday - 12th

6am–10am
Cardio Interval Circuit - 30min

Upper/Lower body weight training - 30min

 

Wednesday - 13th

6am–10 am
Xtreme Indoor Cycling - 30 min
Upper/Lower body weight training – 30 min

6pm until completed
Group evening 5k or 10k walk, walk/jog or run. Meet at Fuel RX Fitness Center.

Afterwards, relax & enjoy a self guided meditation

Safety Requirements: you are required to wear some kind of light reflector or flashing light device for your own safety. Part of the course is on the street and the rest is on the lit bike/run path.

 

Thursday - 14th

Cardio Interval Circuit – 30 min
Upper/Lower body weight training-30 min

6am – 10am
Xtreme Indoor Cycling - 30 min

Upper/Lower body weight training - 30 min

6pm until completed

Group evening 5k or 10k walk, walk/jog or run. Meet at Fuel Rx Fitness Center.
